Shirley is a certified Advance Consultant/Facilitator, Certified Relaxtion Instructor, Kinesiologist, Reiki Master, Intuitive Consultant and a Spiritual Life Coach. Proficient in an array of healing modalities and with over two decades in the helping professions as a healer, she is listed in the International Registry of Spiritual Healers. Shirley's intuitive gifts allow her to help individuals to sensitively explore their core and develop their unique gifts and abilities. A proponent of personal empowerment, she is committed to helping you experience greater balance, healing and harmony.

Kuni M. Frith is a practicing Classical Traditional Naturopath who studies the medicinal properties and uses of herbs and plants.  Kuni was raised on the traditions of Bermudian folk medicine by her mother.  She earned her BA degree in Counselling Psychology and Holistic Studies from Vermont College at Norwich University in Montpelier Vermont.  She then went on to complete her degree in Classical Traditional Naturopathy from Clayton College of Natural Health.  In 2013 she completed certification in the Clinical Nutrition Education Programme from the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine.

My holistic/spiritual path started 30 years ago with me learning different methods and modalites to heal something in my own life.  This opened up the doors  to want to learn to help others.   I received the majority of my training at Delphi University in North Georgia and with a Crystal Therapist in England. I am a Doctor of Metaphysics, Reiki Master,  Rohun Therapist, Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, Holistic Health Practitioner. I am a member of  Reiki Professionals, the Ro-Hun Professionals Association and  International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.  My gentle and compassionate nature and intuition are a great asset to assist those who need help to heal and to follow a spiritual path.

Dr. Karen Simons began the first twenty-one year of her professional career working in the field of special education, first as a teacher and later as a school principal.  She specialized in working with children with physical/medical challenges. Later in her educational career she went on to supervise physiotherapy, occupational therapy and adapted physical education for the Bermuda school system.

Since 2003, Dr. Simons has been working in the field of Energy Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Transpersonal Psychotherapy. During these years she has co-owned a holistic health clinic and presently works in private practice. She has taught various courses and workshops in North and South America, West Africa, Caribbean and Bermuda (where she was born).  She has two doctorates, one in Metaphysical Healing and one in Transpersonal Psychotherapy.  In addition, she has a vast array of certifications in various holistic healing modalities.

Shanell's greatest gift is her ability to listen and open her heart to be of service to others. Shanell guides and inspires others on their paths through her yoga teachings. She completed a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (California). During this time she also discovered a love and deep affinity for the ancient wisdom teachings of Yoga, and in 2010 became a certified Sivananda Hatha Yoga instructor, advancing to the 500-hr RYT level and receiving the designation "Master of Yoga".Her healing arts education has been a beautiful weaving of modalities such as Reiki, Metatronic Healing, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (Dolores Cannon), Past Life Regression Therapy, Sound Therapy and more.
